All offers are non-binding until confirmed by NESEVA. An agreement is established once NESEVA confirms your order via email.

4. Right of Withdrawal

5. Costs of Return

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Exclusion of Withdrawal Rights

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been personalized, sealed hygiene products that have been opened, or products that have been clearly used.

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. NESEVA reserves the right to change prices at any time.

8. Conformity & Warranty

NESEVA guarantees that all products conform to the agreement and meet reasonable quality standards. If a product is defective, contact us within a reasonable time at info@NESEVA.com.

9. Delivery & Execution

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. NESEVA is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

10. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, among other methods available at checkout.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint about your order, please contact us at info@NESEVA.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will respond within 30 days.
